    What is an ETA of the internationally purchased items.

    We would need 10-14 business days to finish the production and 7-14 business days to deliver via USPS international shipping.

    What is the return policy?

    We will gladly repair or replace your item if it arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately upon receiving the order.

    Because our items are personalized, we deduct a 40% fee from the final refund in the event that you want to return your item. You must notify us within one week of receiving your order to receive an Return Authorization # and must mail the return back within a week. Return shipping is at the buyer cost and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Item must be returned in the original packaging in unworn condition. Items sent back without RA # will be held pending a payment to return the item to you. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue the refund accordingly within three business days.

    Can I cancel my order?

    All cancellation should happen in 12-24 hr time period.
    After 24 hrs, we would already start the production and only correction or update would be possible.

    Custom and personalized orders

    We send every buyer an email with a tracking confirmation # of orders
    that are shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the delivery status of the package so that any delivery issue can be addressed with the post office immediately after the status shows that the package was delivered. Many times the mail carrier can recollect and correct the issue within a day or two delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office branch to inquire about a mishandled package.

    If you live in an area or share a building where unsecured packages are in danger of theft, we can request that a signature be required at delivery. Please send us a conversation, as a fee will apply.
